Who we are<\/h3>\n

FELS, the Foundation for Educators at LSRHS, is a non-profit organization that awards enrichment grants to Lincoln-Sudbury High School faculty and staff to pursue their professional and personal interests and passions. Founded in 2000 to offer parents a way to show their appreciation to the L-S professional staff for their unflagging dedication, tireless effort, and genuine care, our guiding principle is “Inspired Teachers Inspire Students.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The LSRHS teachers and staff put true heart and soul into providing an excellent education for our children. Please consider a donation to FELS to honor their efforts and help provide healthy grant funding opportunities. Pursuit of personal interests and passions brings new energy and renewed focus for what is offered in the classrooms at LSRHS. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How you can help<\/h3>\n

Contribute to our FELS 2025-26 Annual Appeal.<\/a>\u00a0Your support is critical in helping us reach or exceed our annual fundraising goal of $10,000. <\/strong>Whether a contribution of $25, $250 or $2500, the more we earn the more we can do to support and recognize the faculty and staff who make an LSRHS education the rich foundation and experience it is today. We gratefully accept donations through our website or via Donor Advised Funds (DAFs). Please reference our Tax ID number (EIN): 04-3520472 to complete the process.<\/p>\n

Our 2026 FELS Grant recipients will be announced soon! <\/strong><\/h3>\n

FELS celebrated its 25th year last year. As of our 25th Anniversary, FELS <\/span>has awarded <\/span>close to 150 grants to L<\/span>incoln-Sudbury<\/span> Faculty and Staff<\/span><\/span>, totaling nearly $200,000<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

As shared by some of our 2025 FELS Grant recipients on their experiences:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In my workshop we waxed cyanotypes to wooden panels and then built up layers of colored wax.\u00a0 The attached skunk image is more straightforward with wax to seal it to the board and some gold powder around the edges. The dandelion has some areas with colored wax. I loved the process. Thank you FELS!

I had an\u00a0amazing\u00a0experience at the World Rugby L2 Coaching Clinic. My supervising educator, Martha Daines, former head coach of the USA Women’s National Team and current director of the Women’s High Performance Program, really pushed me as a coach in ways I hadn’t been pushed in 13 years.
